Regional Coordinator
The chiefmost position is that of the Regional Coordinator. The RC sets the direction of the local chapter, manages inter-chapter links, maintains the local newsletter by default, promotes the local chapter, and the regional legal issues/occult resources compendium. The RC takes priority when an unbreakable disagreement arises in the triumvirate.

The RC is appointed by vote in two year spans, on the priority of the following characteristics:

  1. A lot of spare time.
  2. Significant dedication.
  3. Patience & self discipline.
  4. Open mindedness.
  5. A desire to be fair and reasonable.
  6. Meticulousness in organization and detail.
  7. Skill in presenting large amounts of information in an organized way.
  8. Preferred form of entertainment is communication.
  9. Strong and diverse communication skills and resources.
  10. Skill in discernment of future occult trends
  11. Aggressive pursuit of goals.

The RC's span of service is between that of the RT and RS; this gives additional opportunities for voting out a person who is doing a poor job, but a sufficient span for them to prove their merit.
