Regional Treasurer
The next in line is the Regional Treasurer. The RT collects dues and donations from chapter members, maintains the chapter account, provides the national org it's cut, allocates funds for projects, invests extra funds, and assists the RC in local promotion and all other things which tap into funds.

The RT is appointed by vote in three year spans, on the priority of the following characteristics:

  1. A lot of spare time.
  2. Significant dedication.
  3. Honesty, and the public judgement of trustworthiness.
  4. Meticulousness in organization and detail.
  5. Knowledge of general finance and investment.
  6. Skill in presenting large amounts of information in an organized way.
  7. Patience & self discipline.

The RT has the longest uninterrupted span of service, due to the recognition that financial records can be made inconsistant by too-frequent changes of methodology.
